Making
a difference to every type of business, everywhere
All
organisations, whilst unique, are also remarkably similar.
They are all made up of people attempting to achieve
a common outcome through working together as a team.
For
this reason, the BIG Question appeals just
as much to large businesses as it does to small; profit-generating
businesses and not-for-profit or public sector organisations
alike.
The
BIG Question helps any organisation to develop
its uniqueness and harness its inherent differences
to create a highly effective, efficient and productive
culture to which everyone is not only allowed,
but is expected to actively contribute.
Our
programmes are bespoke, enabling us to design an application
to meet your particular needs, desired outcomes and
available resources in terms of time and budget. In
working with companies, our own BIG Question
is always, ‘What can we do to make a difference?’
Large
companies
We
deliver workshops, development and mentoring programmes,
motivational talks and one-to-one coaching and facilitation.
Generally, most larger organisations have a clearer
picture of what they need and where our services might
fit into their overall programme.
We
generally work with in-house marketing, HR, training
and communications professionals helping them to achieve
their objectives in terms of staff development and cultural
change. Where possible, we link our approach to existing
appraisal and performance systems; company, team and
individual objectives; and the mission and vision of
the organisation as a whole.
We
are particularly pleased to work with larger organisations
undergoing change (for example, as a result of merger
or acquisition).
Small
companies
The
BIG Question isn’t just a programme for large
companies. We recognise that in the UK around 98% of
businesses are classified as ‘small’, and
they’re businesses, which can profit from the
BIG Question process just as much, if not more
than larger organisations. After all, in small businesses
you have to know pretty well everything about every
aspect of running a business and every employee has
a crucial role to play. There’s no room for under-performance
or waste.
However,
a large scale Big Question programme takes
time and money – and we recognize that not all
businesses have the resources to devote to growing and
developing their entire workforce while having to focus
on ‘keeping the wheels turning’. As a result
we often start ‘at the top’ in small businesses,
working one-to-one with Managing Directors, or in small
groups with Directors and other senior managers.
International
We
also travel and work abroad and welcome enquiries from
both companies and international conference and event
organisers.

is not enough to be busy, so are the ants. The
question is, ‘What are we busy about?’”
