In
addition to the BQ
Modular Programme and the Alpha Organisation Programme
we also offer a number of other exciting products and
services:
Keynote
and conference speeches
Rona
Cant is a celebrated round-the-world adventurer, explorer
and author whose expeditions span crewing in The BT
Global Challenge Round the World Yacht Race to dog-sledding
the frozen Arctic wastes in the 2004 Nordkapp Expedition.
Her entertaining and highly-motivational keynote talks
make an ideal stand-alone conference session, or can
be incorporated into internal training or strategy programmes.
They are also appropriate for off-site events and team-building
sessions.
A
keynote speech from Rona is also a highly effective
way to launch the BIG Question into your organisation.
Her story provides living proof of just what can happen
when you start to ask really BIG Questions! Click
here for more details.
The
BQ Adventure
As
part of a tailored development programme, we can arrange
for teams or individuals to take part in a BIG Question
Adventure. This is a special action-orientated event
or trip in the UK or overseas which is at a time and
cost to suit your needs. Examples include travelling
to Nepal to take part in significant community projects,
or dog-sledding in the Arctic where survival depends
on true-grit and team-work. Many individuals return
feeling that they have had a truly life-changing experience
- they have discovered what it is like to really make
a difference. Please contact
us for more details.
One-off
workshops
The
BIG Question process can have a huge impact on an organisation’s
entire way of doing things. The benefits which result
can be wide-ranging and dramatic. However, it takes
time, effort and commitment to achieve these results
and for this reason we recognise that the BQ may not
be for everyone.
In
order to introduce organisations to the process and
allow them to experience it for themselves, we can run
an introductory, ‘taster’ workshop which
combines background about the process with inter-active
sessions geared to achieving real outcomes. This workshop
is a minimum half-day in length and can be geared for
small and large delegate numbers. Please contact
us for more details.
Coaching and mentoring
Although
The BIG Question is a coaching-based process, some organisations
prefer to start with more conventional coaching or mentoring
programmes, particularly if they are new to these processes,
or have very specific individual issues they wish to
address.
Through
our close association with The
Coaching Foundation we are able to provide in-house
coaching and mentoring for individuals or teams, and/or
can train your own personnel in coaching and mentoring
skills. Please contact us
for more details.
In-house
training
Once you have experienced The BIG Question, you may
want to adopt it as part of your company’s on-going
approach to training and problem-solving. We offer external
or in-house ‘train the trainers’ programmes,
which include licensing arrangements for use of The
BIG Question materials. Please contact
us for more details.
