The BIG Question route to real learning

There are no ‘quick fix’ solutions in people management and development. Although British businesses spend billions on training every year, research shows that the majority fails to produce long-term behavioural change or significantly improved performance results.

Why? We believe it’s because businesses fail to understand the importance of three key factors.

In order to have a lasting impact, any intervention, whether training, coaching, or consultancy, needs to be:

  • Meaningful – it needs a relevant context which is fully understood and supported by all.
  • Motivational – it needs to focus on addressing what – within each group and individual – will really inspire change.
